Ten years, not a fresh start

I did not arrive at Tara Rose last year. I have been inside it for ten. I learned the method here, I watched it look after women, and for three of those years I was a Manager of the Year finalist. So when I say Bahrain is the same Tara Rose, I am not repeating a line from a brochure. I lived it.

Bahrain is a new address, not a new brand. Eleven years of proven work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi stands behind it, and I am the person carrying it here.

Why I am doing this

When I moved to Bahrain I went looking for a salon that worked the way we work. I could not find one. Not the skill, the skill is here. What I could not find was a room where a woman is actually seen.

I have sat in the chair too, and left feeling less like myself than when I walked in. That was never the woman's fault. She had simply never been given the time, or the truth, or a plan that lasted past the appointment.

I did not become a hairdresser to do hair. I did it because I believe every woman should be seen and valued, and should walk out not only looking incredible, but feeling it too. That is the whole thing. Not the hair. The way she sits up taller when she leaves.

So I did not want to open a salon in Bahrain. I wanted to bring that moment to the women here, with a method that actually holds, and a plan that is finally built for them.
