The data controller is Tara Rose Bahrain. If you have any question about your data, or you want to see, correct or delete it, write to us at privacy@tararosesalon.com and we will look after it.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to look after you:
- Your name, WhatsApp number and email, when you send us a message or reserve a place through a form on this site.
- The service or plan you are interested in, so we can hold the right stylist and time.
- Basic technical information your browser shares (such as device and pages viewed), to keep the site working well.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, arrange your visit, and look after your hair plan.
- To send you information you have agreed to receive about your plan, membership or a founding place.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent for marketing messages, and on our legitimate interest in running the salon for everything else. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your data is processed
We use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage enquiries and bookings. Your data may be processed on GHL, which is hosted in the United States. We only share your details with providers who help us run the salon, never for sale, and always under proper safeguards.
When you reserve and pay, your card payment is handled by our payment provider, Tap, through a secure link. We never see or store your full card details. If you choose to spread the cost, that is handled by our payment partner flooss. Both process only what they need to take your payment, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 24 months to manage your enquiry, your plan or your founding place, and then we remove them, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the details we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your details.
- Stop us contacting you for marketing.
Write to privacy@tararosesalon.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. This policy is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can read more on our Cookies page, and manage them in your browser at any time.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date above. Please check back from time to time.
