The cookies we use

TypeWhat it does
EssentialKeeps the site working, remembers your place in a form, and holds your Confidence Mapping answers in your browser while you use the tool.
AnalyticsHelps us understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them. We do not use these to identify you by name.
Advertising and measurementWe use the Meta pixel on this site. It tells us which pages you looked at and whether a visit came from one of our adverts, and it lets us show our adverts to people who have visited before, or to people who look similar. It sets cookies in your browser, including one named _fbp, and it shares that activity with Meta, who run Facebook and Instagram.

Being straight with you about advertising

Because we run adverts on Facebook and Instagram, the Meta pixel above does follow what you do on this site and connects it to our advertising. An earlier version of this page said we did not do that. It was wrong, and this is the correction.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass your name, number or email to anyone to advertise their own products to you. What the pixel shares is activity on this site, with Meta, so our own adverts reach the right people and so we can tell whether they worked.

Turning advertising cookies off

These cookies are set when you use the site. We do not yet have an on-site control for them, and we are working on one. Until it is here, you have three real options and all of them work today.

Blocking advertising cookies does not change anything about your visit to the salon, and it will not stop you booking. The essential cookies keep the site working, so blocking those may affect how some pages behave.
