This site is run by Tara Rose Salon. By using it, you agree to these terms. The content is here to help you understand our services and plans, and to reach us. Please do not copy or reuse our words, images or designs without our permission.
Booking and deposits
Some services and offers ask for a deposit to hold your time. A deposit protects your appointment and your stylist's diary, and it comes off the price of your service. Deposits are transferable with 48 hours' notice, and the full terms are sent to you by secure link before anything is confirmed.
Pricing
Colour, cut and treatment prices are shared with you at consultation and quoted before you book, because every plan is matched to your hair. Beauty service prices are given up front. We never add a charge you have not agreed to.
The Confidence Promise
If something does not feel right within seven days of any colour or treatment service, come back and we refine it. No questions. We de-risk with care, never with money back.
The Wellness Voucher and founding places
The Wellness Voucher is prepaid credit towards your plan, in three tiers: Dip Your Toes, Season of You and All-In VIP Year. Each tier carries a Self-Care Bonus on top of the credit you pay for. The value on the card is credit and standing, never money off.
The terms that matter, so there is nothing to discover later:
- How long it lasts. Credit is valid for six months on Dip Your Toes, nine months on Season of You and twelve months on All-In VIP Year, from the date you buy it.
- Unused credit. Credit not used by the end of that period is not carried over and cannot be exchanged for money.
- What the credit spends on. Anything you want. Any service, and your home care from the shelf as well, at any of our UAE branches. It is your money and we do not restrict it. Buying new hair extensions is the one thing it does not cover.
- What the Self-Care Bonus spends on. The bonus is the part we add on top, so it is steered: beauty, treatments, keratin and blow-dries.
- When the Self-Care Bonus cannot be used. It is not valid during December or over the Eid holidays. Your credit is valid all year, including then. The salons close between Christmas and New Year.
- It is held in your name. The voucher is not transferable and cannot be passed to someone else to use. The one exception is the gift voucher included in each tier, which is meant to be given away.
- It cannot be combined with another offer.
- Where you can spend it. At any Tara Rose branch in the UAE, provided that branch offers the service you want. Motor City is hair services only. Al Quoz is hair and beauty, where the Birthday Facial is the only facial offered. The full facial menu is at our Abu Dhabi branches, Khalifa City A and Mamsha al Saadiyat. Credit travels to the nearest branch that offers the rest.
Founding terms, including how a deposit works and how to withdraw, are set out in the welcome pack sent by secure link after you reserve. Where you choose to spread the cost, that is arranged through Tabby, a separate company whose own terms apply to that arrangement. It costs you no more than paying in one go.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information so we can look after you properly.
- Tell us about allergies, sensitivities or previous colour before a service.
- Arrive in good time, and let us know as early as you can if plans change.
Liability
We take great care with every service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for outcomes caused by information you did not share with us, or by home care used against our advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
